All Lilly’s Papillon jewelry is handmade, which means that each little treasure will be unique. We take great care in our manufacturing, and as each piece is individually handcrafted there might be some differences in shape and size. But that is what makes each piece so unique.

When worn regularly, sterling silver and brass pieces usually keep their original, bright colour. However, if a piece remains unworn or your skin is very acidic, it may very well start to tarnish. Yes, of course. Please bear in mind that there will be an extra cost, depending on the design.

Absolutely. Simply use their name and shipping address when entering the shipping details. Make a note at checkout that this order is a gift and we will make sure to exclude the invoice. Be sure to enter THEIR correct address as the shipping address, and YOUR address as the billing address.

Most of our jewlry are made to order, unless already in stock, so please allow up to 10 – 15 working days for processing and manufacturing. Important to note is that we will only start once we have received payment.

Of course. If unworn and in its original state, all goods can be returned to us within 14 days. Pieces need to be returned at your own cost, in the original packaging.

No but you can visit us in our showroom, or even have an online appointment in case you are far away and you want to discuss about custom orders or even collaborations.

Prices have their ups and downs in response to market prices, demands and trends, so it’s up to you to catch the best price possible. Since you placed your order there is no more discount and we can’t refund the difference.

When we’ ll ship your order we will send you by email a tracking number and all the info you need. In case there are delays please make sure you email us or track the parcel online at the shipping company you chose your parcel to arrive.

If you have seen something that we may had online in the past or a post on instagram then please email us with a photo or a description and we will let you know if and when will be back in stock.
